im 34 / very bad ADHD my burdens are.. ( explosive temper, chronically innatentive, intense intrusive thoughts, lightining speed impulses, intensely passionate) I learned the hard way that you MUST EAT before you take your Strattera or you day is gonna be over before it starts with horrific dabilirating nausa. THEY DIDNT PUT THAT ON THE INSTRUCTIONS! ive been on xaggatin 50mg elvyanse 60mg and now strattera 80mg. Strattera has ZERO effect for me. im back to square 1. EXCEPT this time with alarming side effects. My dick doesnt work properly. i have retarded pissing. my over all physicall health is detererating badly. so between me and the doc we have decided to discontnue. Atomexotine can suck ma baws. Horrible shit. I dont reccomend this for people with ADHD. all it does is makes you the exact same except makes you feel so weak and tired, and so fed up that depression doesnt even kick in. ( emotional blunting ) apetite gone! sex drive.... gone, i cant even take a shit properly. its horrible stuff

Wow sir but I don’t believe that you have ever experienced extreme cases of ADHD I have tried absolutely everything and have been terrified of medication but I’m at my last resort now. My son is beating himself into a bloody pulp on a daily basis. This information and the way you are presenting it is not okay. The way you have made me and I’m sure many other parents feel was inconsiderate and unnecessary. It’s not okay to play it off that it’s just about testing or attention only. There are so many of us that already feel as though we have completely failed our babies and would give our lives to help them.

After a few minutes of listening I get the vibe this is more about pointing out the bad aspects of medicine instead of helping parents understand how it might help their child with their disorder.
